Terms and Conditions for Customized Packaging

  • Advance Deposit of 50% from the agreed amount, upon confirmation.
  • Non-Refundable after 7 Days of acceptance of PI.
  • All Customized Template/Mould is to be paid in full, upon confirmation.
  • DELIVERY: FREE delivery within Klang Valley for a minimum quantity of 1,000 pieces, subject to terms and condition.
  • STORAGE: Products storage in MMKGLO warehouse should not exceed 6 months from date of order.
  • INSURANCE: A sum insured for fire and burglary is covered for stocks in MMKGLO Warehouse. Subject to terms and condition.

If you need any mock up or samples other than MMKGlo’s standard design,  a minimum fees of RM300 shall be imposed. However, the fees shall be waived should the job be awarded to MMKGlo.

  • Unprinted products: Approximately 10 – 15 Working Days, subject to Deposit.
  • Printed products: Approximately 20 – 25 Working Days, subject to approved Digital Print and Deposit.

Return and Refund Policy

Clients must notify MMKGlo if the delivered products are not according to requirements and specification or are defective within 3 working days after receiving the orders.

  • A charge back is not an option; however, a free re-print of the order is provided by the MMKGlo depending on terms and conditions.
  • Full order must be shipped back within 7 working days by the client at their own cost along with proper documents or product’s defects and digital photographs so that the order can be reprinted correctly.
  • Should the error is proven is not caused by MMKGlo but clients still want a refund, they will have to send back the printed job to MMKGlo. A charge back will be provided after deducting the product’s setup and shipping cost by MMKGlo.
